Before I started training, I felt anxious because I didn’t know anything about weights, had little muscle, and didn’t want to make a fool of myself in the gym. After just one session with them I already felt at home! It’s been nine months since I started and I still look forward to my training sessions. Beyond learning proper technique, each week I know I’m getting stronger because they take detailed notes and the weights get heavier!
